He is precious! I can't wait to get a good look at him! And hold him. I wanted to come by at the hospital, but we all have a nasty respiratory virus...and, though sharing is our favorite, we try NOT to share cooties. So, hopefully by the end of the week we will be cough, snot, and germ free. Then, I will come and hold him, if you think you can part with baby Max for a few minutes. Love and blessings,

Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes. And, yes, that is a pink balloon. My cousin let all three of the kids pick a balloon to bring to their new brother and they all swore that balloon looked purple in the package. Dawson was so proud of his selection that I just didn't have the heart to say anything.

Feb 22 is my daughter's birthday too. She turned 1 when he was born! Great day to welcome a baby. :-)
