that looks so painful! I hope you heal well and soon.
I did this same thing when I was 8 months pregnant. Ouch! I even managed to burn the "webbing" between my fingers. It didn't peel for a month.
I kept my hand on ice water for about 4 hours after it happened.
How did you do this? I KNOW it hurts!
